Jelly Fish

How I made this art bard is I used the Ellipse tool to make the bell of the jelly fish and also the second one that is inside of it. Then after that I made the ring on the top by using the same tool. After that I made the blind tools and I used it for mostly on the jelly fish. The tentacles I used the paint brush tool and then put light blue stars on it . and the gray specs in the water it was a light green but I lower the opacity on it.
