The tools I used to make this is Rectangle tool to make the background I used a shad background. The body I used the Ellipse tool with it the body, foot ,and it’s belly was made. How I made the hair was by the pin tool after I made the hair I used the direct selection tool to line it up perfect same as the arms but with out the direct selection tool. Their was some where I had to use the other tool no the right side in illustrator.
